is no limitation to the maximum number of transactions.

will the dividends be paid to the shareholders? |
As
mentioned earlier, your shareholders are assured of
their dividends being credited into their accounts,
irrespective of any banks. The eDividend
system has the auto-credit facility which will eliminate
the possibility of fraud or cheques being lost in transit
or stale cheques. |

| How
would the shareholders report their dividend statement
for income tax claims? |
To
shareholders whereby the dividends were issued either
through interbank or intrabank, a dividend voucher will
be sent for tax return purposes. |

| What
about printing? |
The
printing system is undertaken for you. You can expect
high quality prints of cheque warrants and tax vouchers.
This will ultimately reduce your unit processing cost
and increase productivity. |
